A few words about myself: I am a computer scientist with a Ph.D. in computer science from Stanford University with an h-index of 51 and over 10,000 citations to my papers, an inventor skilled at turning academic research into industrial practice, and a professor. I previously was the Chief Scientist at Brave Software, leading a lot of the innovative development across cryptography, machine learning, performance, security, privacy, and other domains. For many years I worked as a researcher at Microsoft Research in Seattle; I also taught at UW, MIT, and Imperial College London.
