Katerina is a senior financial services professional specialising in regulatory compliance, corporate law, and commercial strategy across the fintech and payments ecosystem. At Equals Group, she serves as Senior Commercial Growth Manager, working with businesses and partners to expand the Group’s international payments and embedded finance solutions across key markets.
Her background includes leading Legal, Compliance, and AML functions within multiple regulated financial institutions. This experience provides strong command of MiFID II, AMLD, GDPR, DORA and other cross-border regulatory frameworks and the evolving requirements governing FX, CFDs, and global payments.
Bridging legal precision with commercial vision, Katerina helps organisations operate transparently, scale responsibly, and build financial operations that support long-term growth. She holds an LLB (Hons), LPC, CySEC Advanced Certificate, AML qualification, and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
