Eirini Fotiou is the founder of a private CBT practice focused on transforming mindsets and cultures within individuals and corporations. Certified in managing psychosocial hazards, she specializes in fostering safety and care in workplace environments. Her experience extends to strategic roles in international companies across London, Brussels, and Athens. She holds three Master’s degrees; two from the London School of Economics on Management and International Business and one from the University of Central Lancashire on Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy.
