Sponsors, exhibitors and partners may use approved lead retrieval systems, badge scanning technology or similar tools during the Event.
By voluntarily allowing a sponsor, exhibitor or partner to scan your badge, QR code or registration credentials, you consent to the transfer of your professional contact information directly to that sponsor, exhibitor or partner.
Any subsequent communications shall be governed by the privacy practices of the receiving organization.
Cyprus Fintech Summit is not responsible for the processing of personal data by sponsors, exhibitors or third parties after such information has been voluntarily shared. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7.Professional Networking and Business Introductions
A key objective of Cyprus Fintech Summit is to facilitate professional networking and business engagement.
As part of the Event experience, we may facilitate introductions, meetings and networking opportunities between Participants.
Where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, professional contact information may be shared for networking purposes.
Cyprus Fintech Summit is not responsible for how Participants subsequently use information voluntarily exchanged between themselves during networking activities, meetings, introductions or business discussions.
8.Meeting Scheduling and Networking Platforms
Cyprus Fintech Summit may provide networking tools, meeting scheduling platforms, event applications or attendee engagement technologies to facilitate professional interactions.
Where Participants choose to use such services, relevant profile and contact information may be made available to other Participants in accordance with the functionality of the platform and applicable privacy settings. Participants remain responsible for the information they choose to share through such tools and platforms.
9.Event Photography, Filming and Recording
Photography, filming, livestreaming and audio recording may take place throughout the Event.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that your image, likeness, voice and participation may be captured and used by Cyprus Fintech Summit and its authorised partners for:
- Event promotion;
- Marketing campaigns;
- Social media;
- Websites;
- Press releases;
- Event reports;
- Podcasts;
- Broadcast and media purposes;
- Future Event promotion.
